Jazmyne Baylor, MLS (she/her) is a research and instruction librarian at Western Carolina University. She attained her B.S. from Western Carolina University in communication broadcasting and her MLS from North Carolina Central University. Before becoming a library professional, Jazmyne worked in the field of broadcasting as a television editor and a radio board operator. Jazmyne’s professional passions are grounded in promoting information literacy, social justice in libraries, and community outreach. She loves to combine her love for libraries with her passion for broadcasting.
