Adam Bounds

Adam serves as an Interactive Learning Producer at The Poynter Institute where he helps produce content and live aspects of our e-learning courses.

Prior to joining Poynter, Adam worked “behind the scenes” in the local television industry for several years. He worked most recently at Ion Television and WFLA-TV here in the Tampa Bay Area, mostly in daily newscast production. He has helped cover everything from severe weather and politics, to protests and championship boat parades.

Originally from Texas, Adam and his wife live in St. Pete with their two big pups, and a cat. They have fallen in love with the beach life, so you’ll probably find them there or at the St. Pete Pier on any given weekend.
